is there A DEPOSIT TO RENT THE FACILITY?
Yes, a $100 deposit is required upon booking! This will be applied to your overall total.

what is our cancellation policy?
We understand things happen + you have to cancel your event. No worries, we have a couple options to offer!
Rebooking: Re-schedule for a future date + apply your current deposit for the new date.
Cancellation: All cancellations must be made in writing + delivered to The Gathering Place 14 days prior to the event date. There are no refunds for any deposit. Lessee shall be responsible for payment in full if event is canceled within 7 days or less of the event date.

does the gathering place cater?
We do not cater, but you are more than welcome to cater or bring in your own food. With our Open Vendor Policy, the vendor has to be properly licensed + insured.
We offer a kitchen that includes a prep area, refrigerator, and sink.

can you bring alcohol?
We will allow alcohol to be brought in by a licensed vendor only. All licensed vendors must be insured.

does the gathering place have wifi?
Yes, we offer free wifi during your event.

Can we decorate?
Yes, decorating is allowed. We recommend command strips or blue painters tape if you are hanging anything on the walls.
